Copyright and content reports
Effective July 30, 2026
Members may share only material they own or are permitted to use. Every shared set has a report control, and valid rights and safety reports are reviewed for restriction or removal.
Report from the set page
Open the shared set, choose “Report this set,” select copyright, privacy, unsafe content, spam, or other, and include useful details. This connects the report to the exact material and is usually the fastest route.
Formal copyright notice
A rights owner or authorized agent may email info@aiembed.com with:
- their full name, authority, contact details, and signature;
- identification of the protected work;
- the exact Memorizee URL and identification of the challenged material;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or law; and
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, where required, made under penalty of perjury.
We may forward a notice to the member who shared the material. Material may be disabled while a report is assessed. Knowingly false or materially misleading notices can create liability.
Response or counter-notice
If your material was disabled and you believe that happened through mistake or misidentification, reply to the removal notice with your identity and contact details, the removed material and prior URL, your good-faith explanation and supporting permissions, the statements and jurisdiction consent required by applicable law, and your signature. Restoration depends on the applicable process, safety, and legal obligations.
Privacy and urgent safety
Use the set-page report for exposed personal information, threats, abuse, or unsafe material. For an imminent danger, contact local emergency services first. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a report.
Repeat or serious violations
We may remove discovery, disable content, restrict sharing, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably appropriate. This reporting page provides an operational contact route; it does not claim that any particular statutory safe harbour applies in every country.
