Delete your Memorizee account
This option is available to every Memorizee account.
Account deletion permanently removes your learning history, settings, hidden-card choices, and saved access records. It cannot be undone.
1. Cancel app-store subscriptions first
Deleting your Memorizee account does not cancel billing managed by Apple or Google. Cancel active subscriptions in the store before deleting so they do not renew.
2. Delete from Memorizee
- Sign in to your Memorizee account.
- Open Profile & settings.
- Expand Account deletion.
- Review the billing warning and request the secure email.
- Open the one-time link and press the final deletion button. The emailed link expires after 30 minutes.
The same deletion path is available inside the Memorizee iOS and Android apps.
3. If you cannot sign in
Email info@aiembed.com from the address connected to your Memorizee account. Write “Memorizee account deletion request” in the subject. Identity verification may be required before deletion.
4. What may be retained
Memorizee deletes the account and associated learning records from the active service. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security-incident, tax, legal, or dispute records may be retained only where reasonably necessary or legally required. Deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted disaster-recovery history until that history expires and is not used for ordinary service activity.
